Introduction:
The Atlantis Paradise Island is a resort and waterpark located on Paradise Island, the Bahamas. Officially opened in 1998, the resort was created by South African hotel magnate Sol Kerzner and Kerzner International Limited. Paradise Island first opened its Coral and Beach Towers as the Trump Plaza, then changed its name to Atlantis when the Royal Towers were built.

Facts:
This resort was beautiful! The beach was just a short walk away, and it was really nice to have everything connected and easy to get to. The staff and all the Bahamian people were very nice and welcoming.

Get in:
To the Versailles Gardens and French Cloister. About a 15 minute walk from the Atlantis resort. The beautifully manicured gardens are part of the One and Only Ocean Club of "Casino Royale" fame but they don't mind visitors. Its the perfect place to have a picnic or a photo shoot.
